Enrollment Policies
Information on Program Enrollment, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Program Enrollment: To enroll in one of our training programs, please complete the registration form on our website. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of enrollment. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
- Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your enrollment or contract, please refer to your contract for stipulations and obligatory fees. Contact us by phone at (91) 670-0552 (preferably) or ce*@ak*******************.com to notify us at least 48 hours after enrollment or signing of the contract. Cancellations will be determined by the type of services agreed upon and will be subject to cancellation fees. Please read the contract or enrollment cancelation form.
- Cancellation by Akiiki Learning Academy: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a program, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to a future program.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Program Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to program content, schedule, or instructors as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
